Suzhou Jade Festival

Jade artists from around the world have gathered in Suzhou to exhibit their latest work alongside Chinese carvers. Work by artists from New Zealand, Germany, Canada, the United States and Mexico are currently enjoying themselves at the world’s premier jade festival. This carving by one of the Chinese master carvers is my favourite. I can only dream of achieving the level of skill needed to accomplish a piece like this.
